Delivered to Nippon Cargo airlines in November 1991. To AirBridgeCargo in January 2007 as VP-BIJ. Withdrawn from use in May 2012. To The Cargo Airlines in August 2012 as 4L-MRK, operating for Kam Air betwene August 2012 - April 2014. To South Airlines in December 2015 as EK74768.To Fars Air Qeshm in September 2017 as EP-FAB.
