Delivered to National Airlines as N81NA in 1973. Merged into Pan Am in 1980. Leased to Lan Chile as CC-CJN in 1981. Returned to Pan Am as N81NA in 1982. To American Airlines as N140AA in 1984. Stored at Marana, AZ in 1993. To Transaero in 1996 then to Hawaiian Airlines in 1998 and Ghana Airways as 9G-AND in 2003. Withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ in 2004.
