This Hound-B was built in 1965 and TOC with the Polish AF with serial 6. Within a very short period it had been transferred over to the Polish Navy and given a new serial, 617. The helicopter was SOC in September 1980 and turned over to be a ground instructional airframe at Olesnica. In 1990 it was transferred to this superb museum and (at the time of the picture) recently repainted with its original serial. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
