Ex-RCAF 1564. Joined Capital Air Surveys in 1973. Seen here with CF-DTN and CF-SUQ. All three aircraft arrived at Prestwick on the same day on their way back to Canada from Algeria. After reporting in to the Main Terminal, they were taxied round to the General Aviation Area where they were parked and where they remained - impounded ! Their company was in business difficulties, being dissolved for non- compliance in 1985. They eventually became G-BKGL/M/N. Sadly, CF-QPD, as G-BKGL, was written off in a crash landing in France on 16 September 2021. This photo is copyright © David A.
