SKOGA was a joint Soviet-Chinese airline, the acronym of Sovyetsko-Kitaiskoye Obshchestvo Grazhdanskoi Aviatsii (Soviet-Chinese Civil Aviation Company. The serial '8205' was added circa 1993 and the titles were removed in 2012.
