Ditched into the English Channel on 17 March 1990, 15 nautical miles SE of Ramsgate, Kent, due to engine failure. The sole occupant was rescued. Aircraft not recovered. Was on flight from Ostend, Belgium, to Manston, Kent. At the time was operated by Facet Group Holdings Ltd.
