First flight October 11, 1984 and delivered to Eastern November 1984 and fly with them until January 18, 1991 (Eastern shutdown). Stored in Miami & Marana until April 1992 to Birgenair as TC-GUL. December 1994 American West as N915AW until September 2005 to US Airways due merge of two companies. Last service February 2009. Part out and scrapping 2009 - 2012.
