Caption on the photo says Angeles Mesa Drive airfield. According to several sources this was the original name of Burbank airport before it became United Airport in 1930. Others claim it was Rogers airfield which closed in 1931. The background in the photo is too open to be Rogers, which was very compact. NC753E's fate is unknown.
