Delivered to KLM in August 1990. Withdrawn from use and stored at Amsterdam in September 2011. To Willis Lease in November 2011 as N858WL, stored at Bruntingthorpe that same month. Broken up there in 2012. The forward fuselage was preserved at St. Athan in 2013, at the South Wales Aviation Museum.
