Built as an F-101C and converted to an RF-101H after which it served with Arkansas, Kentucky and Nevada Air National Guards before being withdrawn to MASDC in August 1972. Departed July 1975 for display at Pima Air Museum and currently on display with the 188TFG at Ebbing ANGB, Fort Smith Arkansas.
