The date of this photo is after the aircraft is supposed to have been struck off charge (May 14, 1951). However, there are no details of its disposal nor of any subsequent civil career. Wabamun Lake west of Edmonton was used by the RCAF as early as the 1920s. It no longer has a water airport.
