Ordered by the USAAF as 44-76838. Delivered to the US Navy as R4D-7 99831 in 1945. To the US Army as 0-99831 in 1959. Redesignated as an SC-47J in 1962. Used clandestine registrations N6059U in 1979, N37810 in 1981 and N4443Y. Registered as N57123 in 1984. In poor condition at Mesa-Falcon Field by 2005. Fuselage to Basler at Oshkosh by 2010.
