In July 1990, France ordered 80 examples (later reduced to 50) of the slightly modified EMB-312F version, equipped with a ventral airbrake, French COMM systems and a reinforced structure that potentially increased the lifetime to 10,000 flight hours. The type replaced the Magister at the Air School of Salon-de-Provence (EPNAA, School of Piloting and Navigation of the Air Force). Tucano service in the AdlA ended in July, 2009, and this example is now on display at this super museum This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
