This is a F/A-18A Block 15 from FY83. The aircraft strated its Marines career with VMFA-323, followed by VMFA-314. In March 1994 is was send to Naval Air Deport North Island (CA), for unknown reasons it stayed there, was eventually moved to China Lake where it was scrapped by 2008.
