Ex 53-3496. Last operational unit was the Air Defence Weapons Centre at Tyndall FLA. Withdrawn to MASDC in February 1975 and departed to Bolivia in July 1978. Withdrawn by the late 1980s and scrapped circa 2009. Famous for operating the last two commercially operated B-17s, Frigorifico Reyes became the largest of the meat hauling companies flying out of La Paz in the 1970s and 1980s, eight Convairs were acquired as well as a numbers of DC4s and DC6s.
