While landing at Pembroke Airport on 03 March 1999 the landing gear of this Beech 100 collapsed, the resulting damage meant that the aircraft was damaged beyond repair. The wreckage was bought by Westcan Aircraft Sales & Salvage and moved to their yard at Kamploops Airport.
