Registered to All Nippon Helicopters on 18 June 1965 and operated by All Nippon Airways (titles carried in Japanese) for NHK, the Japan Broadcasting Corporation (Nippon Hōsō Kyōkai). Sold in April 1972, and eventually crashed in Iwaizumi (Miyagi Prefecture) on 3 August 1978. Cancelled from the register on 27 October 1978.
