Originally built as an A-4F for the US Navy. Converted to an A-4G for the Royal Australian Navy and delivered August 1971. On 23 January 1979 this A-4G had an engine failure and crashed near Braidwood, NSW. The pilot ejected successfully. This photo was added on 8 April 2022, and has since been viewed 580 times. |
