Delivered to the RCAF as 12751 in 1962. Reserialled as 104751 in 1970. To the Turkish Air Force as 62-751 in 1986. Damaged in a mid-air collision with F-104 62-735 near Diyarbakir in 1993. Landed safely but was not repaired. Preserved at the No.1 Air Maintenance Depot, Eskisehir by 1998.
