Built by Fairchild-Hiller in 1968 as N5302F and flown by them as a sales demonstrator. To Air America in 1972 and Evergreen in 1975 and operated in South East Asia before sale to Colombia as HK-2994 in February 1983. Operated by several companies including Transcolombia, Transamazonica and Aerocauca and later by private operators. Re-registered HK-2994P in 1999. Sold in Venezuela as YV-129P in 2002 and re-registered YV-1912 in 2007. Written off taking off from Jose Tadeo Monagas airport, Maturin (SVMT/MUN) in August 2021.
