At first it looks like a rather normal DHC-8-300, actually just another former Lufthansa aircraft. But looking closer there are a lot of antennae on the fuselage, including two cylinders just aft of the wing that do not come standard on the DHC-8-300. Also the airplane is arriving with all the window blinds closed. The registration was not showing on most ADS-B apps. N706XT is likely operating for U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM). AFRICOM is responsible for all U.S. Department of Defense operations, exercises, and security cooperation on the African continent.
