Originally built new in 1967 as a TA-4F, this a/c was converted to a TA-4J in July 1971. It was assigned to VA-127 & VFA-127 from 1971 through 1988. Later assigned to Training Wing 3, Training Wing 1, and finally to VF-45. Retired to AMARC in June 1994.
