Built in 1975, this A-4M was assigned to several VMA squadrons over the years, the first being VMA-223 from 1975-77. Later units were VMA-214, VMA-211, VMA-311, and USMC Reserve squadrons VMA-133 and VMA-131. Retired to AMARC on 7 June 1994.
