Trans Texas began repainting their aircraft in these markings in late 1968 after an ownership change at the airline. The TTA logo was temporary, and in April 1969 the airline officially became Texas International. This a/c was originally delivered new to Air Canada in January 1966. It was acquired by Texas International in September 1968. This photo is copyright © Bob Thomas, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
