Delivered to Swissair in April 1991 as HB-IWC. To Swiss in March 2002. Ferried to Naples in April 2004 for cargo conversion. Not taken up by FedEx, to Wells Fargo Bank Northwest in April 2004 as N626FE. To Martinair in September 2004. withdrawn from use and stored at Mojave in December 2015.
