Ex-9J-NAA/Zambian Air For ce. Owned by NewCal Aviation. Returning to NewCal's Safi facility after a test-flight. Ditched off Newfoundland, Atlantic Ocean, on 23 October 1984 on delivery flight to the USA after running out of fuel. Of the two crew, the pilot-in-command lost his life while the other was rescued by a Canadian Forces Labrador helicopter.
