This is the only Czechoslovak L-29 to wear camouflage. These markings were an experimental coating developed within the research task LERAN and applied in February 1975. These special synthetic paints were intended to reduce the heat radiation of the aircraft and thus limit detection by weapons with infrared guidance. Since its last flight in March 1977 it has remained in storage but has now been placed on display at the super Letecké Muzeum Kbely.
