Ex-5Y-BER, 204/Kenya Air Force. Test-flown for the first time after overhaul at Safi on 27 January 1989; departed for USA on 24 March 1989. Converted to Turbine Caribou; crashed on 27 August 1992 at Gimli, Manitoba, Canada, immediately after take-off. The three persons on board were killed.
