This F-16B was built by Fokker as Block 15 with FMS serial 81-0882. The aircraft was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht on 27 July 1984. It was modified to F-16BM in a Midlife update program at Woensdrecht in 2000. It started to serve Dutch F-16 training at Springfield in April 2007 and was later moved to Tucson (AZ) with the 148th FS. It returned to the Netherlands in March 2013 and was withdrawn from service at Volkel in October 2021.
