Alas, possibly the worst positioned information board in the history of aviation museums! The date this Trojan was TOC with the USN is unknown but it was SOC in December 1977. During its time in service, or at least for part of it, the plane flew with a white/high-vis orange scheme. In civilian life it was registered N75ES with an unknown owner and then, from 1988 until around 2003, placed on display at the Pate Museum of Transportation, Fort Worth, Dallas-Fort Worth in Texas. It came to the SMoF in February 2005. This photo is copyright © Alastair T. Gardiner, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
