Delivered to KLM as PH-BUM in 1979. Fitted with stretched upper deck in 1985. To Phuket Air as HS-VAV in 2003 then to Thai Sky Airlines as HS-AXJ in 2005. Back to Phuket Air as HS-VAV in 2006.
