First flew as G-ARVI in 1963. Delivered to BOAC in 1964. Merged into British Airways then to Gulf Air in 1974. Reregistered as A4O-VI in 1975. Sold to the RAF as ZD142 in 1978 for conversion to a tanker at Filton. Delivered after coversion to the RAF in 1984. Withdrawn from use at St.Athan in 2001 and scrapped in 2004.
