Rebuilt from c/n 26424 as an R4D-8 for the US Navy as 50786 in 1953. Redesignated as a C-117D in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 6C050 in 1977. To Hawkins and Powers Aviation as N2123Y in 1983. To D & D Air Parts in 1984 and reregistered as N212DD in 1987. Withdrawn from use at Opa Locka by 1995. Fuselage only by 2001. Removed by 2007.
