This Hunter made its first flight as an F.Mk6 variant with RAF serial XE528 on 28 December 1955. It was modified by Hawker Siddley in 1957 to F58-standard. The aircraft was delivered to Switzerland on 8 November 1958. It was retired by the Flugwaffe, on 17 February 1994. Sadly, the Hunter was soon after its retirment scrapped at Meiringen (Switzerland).
