Entered service in 1977 as CCCP-40862, then became UR-40862 before being sold on in 1995 and re-registered SP-FLV. Acquired by a Vancouver private owner in 1999 as N122AN. Aircraft written off in April 2011 near Loxley, Alabama. Suffered engine failure during a long cross-country flight, and incurred substantial damage as a result of nosing over in soft terrain during the subsequent forced landing.
