This Tomahawk is registered to a private individual at Steinbach/MB, so the significance of 'Block Time' aircraft rental on the tail is a mystery. The Internet address does lead to an aircraft sales website and the aircraft seems to be based locally, so maybe an (as yet) undocumented ownership change has taken place.
