Undated negative from FNG Archive. First flown from Radlett 10 February 1969 as G-8-5. Registered to Handley Page 28 April 1969, registered to Bavaria as D-INAH 22 October 1969. Crashed 6 March 1970 after hitting power lines on approach to Samedan. Bavaria introduced a workday Munich-Nuremberg-Munich Jetstream schedule offering 11 seats on 7 January 1970, the image probably being taken at a promotional event before. After the loss of their sole aircraft the route was suspended before being taken over by Cimber Air in summer 1970. This photo was added on 2 July 2022, and has since been viewed 335 times. |
