Photo taken at SIAI's factory in Sesto Calende. SIAI was exclusively a flying boat manufacturer at the time, the "I" standing for idrovolanti or seaplane in English. The FBA was a French design, with FBA standing for Franco-British Aviation. Louis Schreck was the designer. The H model was built in large numbers in both France and in Italy under licence by SIAI.
