Built for the US Navy as R4Q-2 131691. Redesignated as a C-119F in 1962. Stored at Davis Monthan AFB with park code 4C047 in 1975. Sold to Southwestern Alloys in 1980. Photo shows it in their scrapyard. Sections shipped to Namibia in 2003 for use in the Flight of the Phoenix film.
