Delivered to Aeroflot Ukraine in July 1978. To Air Transport Europe by November 1992 and registered UR-30005 with them by June 1993. With Air Ukraine by September 1994 and Ukraine National by August 2002. Withdrawn and stored by September 2009 and transferred to the Oleg Antonov State Aviation Museum at Zhulyany (UKKV/IEV) by 2012.
