KJ881 was operated by the RAF at the Weapons Research Establishment at Woomera, South Australia. The modified windscreen was to observe missile launches.At the time of the photo it had been sold by the RAF and was unregistered. In August 1969 it became VH-EQB with Jetair. Following the collapse of Jetair, it went to Laos as aid. The modified windscreen was retained..
