This An-2 was first registered in March 1990. It was severely damaged in January 2007 at Jelenia Góra (EPJG) when An-2T SP-FIN was thrown on it by storm Kyrill. The plane was later rebuilt using another, as yet unknown fuselage. The old fuselage was dumped at Miroslawice and this is the replaced nose section. The rebuilt SP-AOA, so of unknown providence, was (still?) operating as a composite with the papers of the destroyed plane. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
