24159 is the Jastreb in the back. The Jastreb was in service from 1970 to 1996. Not much is known about this one, except that it first flew with the Yugoslav Air Force as 24159 and from 1992 with the Serbia and Montenegro Air Force. It ended up in the storage area of the Muzej Vazduhoplovstva Beograd where it was first noted in Jun-1997. The fin on the left is NJ-22 25509 and the Jastreb in front of 24159 is IJ-21 24457.
