Delivered to the Turkish Air Force on 07 June 1978 as part of the Peace Diamond II program. The Panthom II was converted to F-4E-2020 in 2000/2001 timeframe. Since 2019, the Spook is carrying this special markings on its tail, commemorating the 70th Anniversary of NATO.
