This 21 red is possibly originating from '78 and was assigned since with 39 otdel'nyy razvedvatel'nyy aviatsionnyy otryad (39 orao, Separate Reconnaissance Aviation Detachment). The spy plane returned to Kubinka, Russia in '94. It was converted to an Il-20ME after 2000 and reserialled to RF-93610 in mid-'11. The aircraft received VVS Rossii titles in '15. It was written off on 17 Sep'19 near Baniyas (Syria) while operating from Khmeimim (Syria) over the Mediterranean Sea.
