On my last visit to the Fleet Air Arm Museum this A-109 was on display in Hall 1, whereas now she has been relegated to the Reserve Collection at Cobham Hall. In service, it was assigned to CAB601, the Argentinean Army's Batallon De Aviacion De Combate 601 Ejercito. After the Falklands invasion it served on escort and general transport/cargo missions. After the Argentinian surrender it was transported back to the UK, given the serial ZE411 and used as a support a/c for the SAS. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
