Tame's third and last F28 was delivered on December 2003 as a replacement to HC-BMD which had been written off earlier that same year. It wore Tame's brand new livery and the same name as HC-BMD (Ciudad de Loja). It was retired from use in 2006 and stored at the Mariscal Sucre air force base until the old airport shut down and the plane was scrapped.
