2012-Nov-16, Bratislava-M. R. Štefánik Airport (BTS/LZIB), after exiting runway 22, due failure of the nose gear collided with an obstacle in the runway strip. Nose gear collapsed, caused major damages to the plane. Parked years in Bratislava and was finally scrapped on BTS/LZIB during February 2020.
