It is a bit of a quandary giving this aircraft its correct designation. It seems to be a former Spanish Merlin-equipped Ha-1112, as apparently indicated by the C4K suffix to the Me109 in the fin. C4K used to be the Spanish air force designation of the 109. However, this 109 comes with a DB605 engine. So the airframe is Spanish, the engine is German.
