Unfortunately, this PC-6 was damaged beyond repair on 22nd June 2022 after crashing near Duma Airstrip (WABE), Papua,, Indonesia on a flight from Timika-Moses Kilangin (Tembagapura) Airport (TIM/WAYY) although the pilot and six passengers survived.
